Referral Reward Program Terms
Effective Date: April 1, 2021
Your participation in the Unifimoney Referral Program is subject to our Terms of Service and the following Program Terms:
Through the Unifimoney Referral Reward Program, you will able to invite family and friends to sign-up for a Unifimoney account by sending them an invitation with a link provided to you by Unifimoney.
To qualify for the reward, referred family and friends must make an initial deposit of $1,000 into a Unifimoney account within 14 days of creating the account and maintain that balance (in deposits or other assets by value) for 30 days.
For each “Qualifying New Account” established by persons you refer and who use your referral link to join, Unifimoney will provide you a $25 Referral Reward in Bitcoin in your Unifimoney digital assets account. See below for important disclaimer about transaction fees.
A “Qualifying New Account'' is a new, Unifimoney account opened by the person you referred, using your unique referral link (prior to the date of expiration of this offer), which your referee funds with a minimum of $1,000 within 14 days of account opening and does not withdraw that initial deposit for 30 days from the date of deposit.
The actual amount of Bitcoin you will receive for any given successfully completed referral, shall be calculated based upon the prevailing rate of Bitcoin at the time the Bitcoin is acquired by Unifimoney (even if the prevailing rate is different from that at the time the Reward was earned (through the Qualifying New Account) or different from that at the time the Bitcoin is transferred into you digital assets account.
The $25 Bitcoin Referral Reward is inclusive of purchase fees that Unifimoney may incur in acquiring the Bitcoin for you. (For clarity, if there is a $2 transaction fee incurred by Unifimoney in acquiring your Bitcoin, the amount of Bitcoin you will receive as the Referral Reward will be the equivalent of $23 in Bitcoin.)
It is your responsibility as the referring party to communicate the requirements of a “Qualifying New Account” to persons you refer. Unifimoney is not responsible for incorrect entry or other failure on the part of your referees to meet the standards of a Qualifying New Account.
The Referral Reward deposited by Unifimoney is of fixed cash value and does not constitute stock or any other security, nor is it a recommendation to buy any specific stock or other security.
The value of a Bitcoin reward may be taxable income to you. You are responsible for any federal or state taxes resulting from receipt of such reward and should consult your tax advisor if you have questions about the tax treatment of such reward.
This promotion is non-transferrable and is not valid alongside any other offers related to Unifimoney referral rewards. (That is, the act of referring one person to Unifimoney can only result in you obtaining one reward or incentive for doing so.)
Unifimoney accounts are currently only available to U.S. citizens and U.S. Permanent Residents who are 21 years or older, hence the Referral Reward is only available to U.S. citizens and U.S. Permanent Residents who are 21 years or older
Unifimoney reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time and to limit the amount of Referral Rewards you are eligible to receive. Unifimoney also reserves the right to refuse to provide any Referral Reward if Unifimoney determines, in its discretion, that the Reward was obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided in opening the account, that any provisions of the Unifimoney Terms of Service or Customer Agreement have been violated, or that these Referral Rewards Program Terms have been violated.
For you to be eligible for the Referral Reward, our partner who provides the digital assets account connected to your Unifimoney account must approve you as a customer. If for any reason, you are denied a digital assets account, you will not be eligible for the Referral Reward.
Personal information collected in connection with this offer will be used in accordance with Unifimoney’s Privacy Policy.
